yesterday i joined AdIns recruitment test…
AdIns is a software vendor company which has around 130 engineers by now, but they also have a recruitment and training division which provide some IT engineers to their clients and yesterday they held the recruitment for BCA ( Bank Central Asia ) one of the biggest bank in Indo / ASEAN maybe.. the speaker Mr Guntur was very-very enthusiastic person and talked with fire..he4..
first he talked about the IT system in BCA.. i guess everyone in that classroom will say ‘Wow’ to the fact and numbers he said to us and he said that this kind of big company is really challenging especially because you’ll never had the system like that unless you work for big Big Company…that is really correct, because you’ll never imagine how to control over 800 branch offices, 5-6 thousand ATMs, 3 back up data centres that works simulatenously everyday every minute every second, and even the bank itself claimed has all of the operating system in the world combined together… Amazing.. well okay so BCA and the other big company are challenging he4…
Then he talked about the AdIns itself which he is the co founder.. he said that he just want to be the IT company that reach the regional market.. i guess it was so great.. this person has the passion and the ability so it is acceptable he sometimes exaggerated too much but the fact the company has some achievements and great portofolios.. he also told us the youngs to be brave to aim high… yes thats true for me… he4.. i still keep my track to pursue my Google Jobs and okay, maybe BCA can be one pit stop before the finish he4… He said we had lost to many ASEAN countries, singapore, malaysia and now even Vietnam… wew… that’s dissapointing but we know that unless we do something, other countries will keep developing while this country still dunno what to do next and what is the blue print for 5-10 years later…
last he talked bout ACE – the AdIns training division…
for those who later be recruited, they will have to follow 4 months training which include all aspect to become an IT profesionals such as IT skills, organizational skill, team work, basic mentality and so on.. looking to the schedule, it even more tight than the worst case of my school schedule ( if i want to be extreme by taking as much as i can ).. but i think that is the price you have to take if you want some success ( though not only through this way ) because hardwork corelate with success in 90% cases…
well i don’t expect too much to be recruited remembering that i face some of my seniors ho4. and also i haven’t think of some jobs yet so i have nothing to lose to follow today psychology test…
